Laser Cosmetica is a growing company focused on providing skin care treatments to its clients. It has eleven clinics up and down the east coast. The company has been using a packaged software product to manage client data, appointments, payments, and reporting. However, they do not believe that the software will provide them with the capabilities it needs as they grow.
