Proximo Consulting Services is a New York City-head quartered information technology company. Proximo Systems is an IP telephony solutions company based in Montreal Canada. AT&T Mobility has filed a lawsuit against Proximo Systems, along with six other telemarketing companies and two individuals, for allegedly selling false extended warranties.
