For Ricardo, joining Proximo was about growth, curiosity, and the opportunity to keep challenging himself. Drawn to continuous learning and collaboration with people from diverse backgrounds, he saw Proximo as the perfect place to build on his experience while contributing to meaningful work.

Ricardo enjoys solving problems and transforming complex challenges into simple, practical solutions. In just a few short months with the company, he's proud of how quickly he's adapted, taken on new challenges, and begun making a positive impact alongside his teammates.

When reflecting on his career, Ricardo is most proud not of a single project, but of the person he has become through every challenge and opportunity. His commitment to continuous improvement and his drive to be a little better each day are qualities that shape both his professional and personal life.

Outside of work, Ricardo stays active through Muay Thai, Jiu-Jitsu, swimming, and soccer. He also enjoys playing guitar, learning the cavaquinho, traveling, spending time at the beach, and making memories with family and friends. A fan of Dire Straits and Clinton Fearon, he appreciates both for their great musicianship and positive messages.

One philosophy that guides Ricardo is valuing experiences over possessions. Whether it's watching a sunset, exploring a new destination, or sharing time with loved ones, he believes life's best moments come from being present and enjoying the journey.
